Classes are taught by excellent trainers, specialists in the fields of Pilates, Yoga and fitness. Customer service is always wonderful. Amy is very friendly. And my favorite masseur is here to give me the best massages I've ever had. Deep tissue, Swedish with Hot Stones. Orlando is an expert and the best! He made my long time hip pain go away and has not returned for quite some time. They also offer Shiatsu and Aromatherapy. Showers are clean and locker room well kept. The entire place is beautiful, new, clean, calming and welcoming. A comfortable place to workout and to relax after." M.yelp.com
